Savant is being developed as a standalone intelligence layer. Titan.Atlas is a consumer of that layer; selecting another supported model should not require replacing Atlas’s core.
A connection, not a new identity.
Atlas is the awareness within the Titan.Atlas experience. Savant’s role is to help qualify and connect compatible intelligence, with supporting memory and the owner’s permissions kept in view.
The model-specific runtime adapts around the existing core. The architectural goal is that a model change does not discard the user’s approved context or turn Atlas into an unrelated product.
That still requires proof. Each supported model/runtime combination must be checked for the tasks it will handle; the same prompt can behave differently on different models.

A SEPARATE REVIEW ROLE
Where Nessa fits.
Nessa’s intended role is separate review: examining a proposal or result within the Atlas design. A reviewer is not another name for the selected model, and a review does not grant permission to perform an action.
The exact model connection, review workflow and authority boundary need their own implementation evidence. This page explains the intended relationship; it does not assert that every review path is currently available.
WHAT A MODEL CHANGE CAN MEAN
Continuity with honest differences.
A different model can alter reasoning quality, speed, context handling, resource needs and reliability. Those differences should remain visible to the owner.
Keeping the thread is the goal. It is not a promise of identical answers or capabilities from every intelligence source.

Titan.SavantLLM is the upcoming free local-first tier. Hosted model subscriptions and usage credits are separate, and Atlas pricing excludes LLM credits. The public announcement explains the present scope; no checkout or download is offered here.
